COA IX Congratulates its Five New Lawyers and Two Foreign-Based Government Audit Auditors

COA Regional Office IX congratulates Atty. Rhel M. Abne (State Auditor I), Atty. Mynna Marie M. Barrientos (Administrative Assistant III), Atty. Rustum A. Pastor, Jr. (State Auditor I), Atty. Jayson E. Salan (State Auditor II), and Atty. Russel Vincent T. Saracho (State Auditor II) for passing the Bar Examinations given by the Supreme Court on November 9, 13, 16, and 20, 2022. The results were released on April 14, 2023, and all five COA IX new lawyers attended the Oath-Taking and Roll Signing Ceremonies on May 2, 2023 at the Philippine International Convention Center.

COA IX also congratulates  Ms. Isis Josephine M. Cabrera (State Auditor IV) and Ms. Cristina T. Buen (State Auditor II) for having been selected  as Audit Team Leader and Audit Team Member, respectively, in the  Foreign-Based Government Audit of the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing, China pursuant to Office Order No. 2023-639 dated July 17, 2023 issued by Chairperson Gamaliel A. Cordoba.

 COA IX is proud that its personnel are actively expanding their professional horizons while continuing to excel at their respective positions.
