Contract Signing for the Construction of Three-Storey COA RO IX Training Center & Dormitory Building with Roof Deck

The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. IX (COA RO IX) recently held the contract signing with JH Pameron Construction and Enterprises, Inc. for the Construction of a Three (3)-Storey Regional Training Center & Dormitory Building with Roof Deck in Bgry. Turno, Dipolog City, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

COA RO IX Officer-in-Charge Regional Director Atty. Marisol D. Legaspi and President/General Manager Engr. Fernando Y. Pameron, CME, represented COA RO IX and JH Pameron Construction and Enterprises, Inc., respectively, during the contract signing on July 31, 2023 at the Conference Room of the Office of the Regional Director, COA Regional Office, Cabatangan, Zamboanga City. Further, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat Arnold P. Bejar, Chief Administrative Officer Apolinar C. Sagaral, Regional Accountant Ric Jason D. Tan and Engr. Benjavier T. Jumaani were present to witness the said activity.

The construction of the Regional Training Center and Dormitory Building commenced on August 7, 2023 and is expected to be completed within 360 calendar days. This will be the second Training Center for COA RO IX, with the first one located at the Regional Office, Cabatangan, Zamboanga City.
