COA RO IX conducts Gender Learning Sessions

The Commission on Audit (COA) Region IX conducted its Gender Learning Session (GLS) with various teambuilding activities last December 5, 2023 at MnM Pines Resort & Country Club, Cabaluay, Zamboanga City. With the theme “Rebuilding Team Dynamics towards Enhanced Productivity”, Regional Director Atty. Marisol D. Legaspi delivered her welcoming remarks and shared her plans and aspirations for the Regional Office, which enabled the employees to further renew and reinforce their commitment for enhanced productivity through building better team relations.

Participants were divided into eight groups and actively participated in the GLS activities, which were highlighted with a series of fun, laughter and adventure and exhibited the spirit of camaraderie and teamwork of each group. The participants had every opportunity to share their strategies and techniques in achieving any given task. This was one of the momentous occasion which exemplified how COAns showed their value-driven attitude, humility and respect for each other.
